Seasoning the Chicken
To start things off, I seasoned both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper and then put the on the grill to cook up.

Making the Peanut Sauce
To make my sauce, I put the peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a bowl and whisked it together. I then added in the sesame oil and gave it another good stir. Depending on the thickness of the sauce- you can add some water to thin it out if needed

Making Zoodles
I took my zucchini and spiraled each one with a kitchen spiralizer. I then cooked the zoodles in the skillet with some salt pepper and garlic powder. When the zoodles were cooked, I divided them between bowls and added the chicken to the top.
Bringing it Together
I then poured the peanut sauce evenly between the bowl and topped with some crushed peanuts and sesame seeds!
