Sweet potatoes cut into sticks, coated in a seasoning mix, and air fried so they are crispy on the outside but soft on the inside!

Turning Potatoes into Fries
I took my sweet potato and peel the skin off with a potato peeler. I then cut the potato into strips about 4 inches long and 1/4in thick. I then placed them in a bowl of cold water to let the starch to soak out for about 10 minutes

Getting Seasoned
I then coated the sweet potatoes in a mix of cornstarch, paprika, and garlic powder - with a touch of salt and pepper and tossed them around until they were evenly coated. I then placed them in a single layer in my air fryer, sprayed them with oil spray, and cooked them at 380 degrees for 10 minutes.

Ready to Eat
Once the fried were done, I placed them on a plate and served them hot! I love these sweet potato fries on their own, without needing anything to dip them in!
