Mixing Up the Spices
I like my spicy things spicy. These cauliflower bites are no exception. In the small bowl I dumped in some salt, pepper, chili power, cumin, and a touch of paprika. I mixed them all together and set it aside.
The Rest of It
So I don't really understand cauliflower. It's a pain in the but to cut up, even though it looks like it should break into perfect little cauliflower niblits on its own. So I just cut it into bite size pieces the best I can. Some remain on the hefty side, but it's not the end of the world. Once I have everything all chopped up, I threw the cauliflower into a mixing bowl and sprayed them down wither cooking spray, gave it a toss or two, and sprayed them again.
After the cauliflower was all coated in spray I added half of my spice mixture and mixed it up really well. I then added the remaining spices and tossed well again. Now that everything was evenly coated, I tossed them on a baking sheet and threw them in the oven and baked them for 15 minutes. I pulled them out of the oven and they are ready to go! Super quick and super easy.
