Mozzarella cheese covered in a won ton wrapper and baked to gooey, crispy perfection makes these skinny mozzarella sticks a perfect appetizer for a crowd - without them knowing it's skinny! Dunk these in a little marinara sauce and enjoy!

Getting the Sticks Ready
I cut each mozzarella stick in half to start things off.
I then Placed each half stick on a wonton wrapper and folded in the sides, then rolled the cheese the rest of the way.
I placed each stick seem side down, onto a baking sheet covered in foil and sprayed with non-stick spray. When All the sticks were ready, I sprayed the top of them lightly with non-stick spray

Baking the Sticks
I placed the baking sheet in the oven at 400 for 10 minutes
I then used a spatula to flip each stick over, and cooked an additional 5 minutes, until the sticks were golden brown
Enjoying The Sticks
For eating, I dunked these bad boys into some warmed marinara sauce and they were absolutely delicious!

I also gave one a dunk in some left of Sweet Chili Sauce I have and that was super yummy as well! Get creative with your sauce choices - just remember to add points if your sauce has points!
