WW My Way Smart Points: 5 Green, 5 Blue, 5 Purple

Making the Dough
To start things off I mixed 2 cups of my almond flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, and 2 Tbsp of powder sugar with 1 cup of Greek Yogurt and 1 egg. It takes some mixing by should come together. If your dough is too dry, slowly add in more Greek yogurt until to get a solid dough to form. i then rolled the dough out into a relatively square shape

Getting Sweet
Once I had the dough rolled out, I then spread 1 Tbsp of yogurt butter over the dough and sprinkled it with the brown sugar and cinnamon as evenly as possible

From Dough to Log
I then took my parchment paper and carefully rolled the dough into a tight log. I did this pretty slowly and made sure the dough wasn't sticking to the paper

From Log to Roll
I cut the log into 12 evenly spaced pieces and placed the rolls into the bottom of a 8x8 baking dish. I then sprinkled a bit more brown sugar and cinnamon over the top of them. I then baked them in the oven at 350 for 25 minutes

Making the Frosting
I took the remaining powdered sugar and mixed it with 1/2 tsp of vanilla. I then slowly added in water to thin the frosting to my desired thickness.

Finishing Touches
I drizzled the frosting over the cinnamon rolls and then served them nice and hot!
