Getting Things Prepped
To start things off, I washed and cut up the green beans into bite side pieces. I cut most of them in half. I had bought already sliced mushrooms, but if you have whole ones, go ahead and slice them up.
Cooking Up The Good Stuff
I heated the sesame oil over medium heat in the skillet, and added in the beans, peas, and mushrooms. I then Cooked until the veggies are tender, 5-10 minutes. Once cooked, I added in the ginger and soy sauce and a bit of salt and cooked that all together until I could smell the ginger. I used already crushed ginger in a jar, but fresh ginger would be delightful in this dish.
I added in the Shrimp and cooked until those were heated through.
Spoon the mixture evenly into bowls and enjoy!
