Everything you love about Reuben but turned into an air fried egg roll! Corned Beef, Swiss cheese, and Sauerkraut all rolled into a egg roll shell!

Rolling the Roll

To make these, I placed the egg roll wrapper on the counter and wet the edges with water. I then placed half a slice of reduced fat Swiss cheese in the middle. I added on a slice of lean corned beef deli meat and topped it off with a tablespoon of sauerkraut that I drained using a paper towel to squeeze the extra liquid out


Frying Them Up

I Placed the Reuben Rolls in the air fryer and sprayed them with oil spray. I then cooked them at 380 degrees for 6 minutes, until the outsides were a crispy golden brown. I then served them up with a calorie free thousand island dressing!
