Folding Things Together

I placed my tortilla on the counter and made one cut to the middle of the wrap. I then put the sauce on half the tortilla, and then placed the cheese, mushrooms, and pepperonis each on their own quarter. i then folded the tortilla by the quarters, making it into a triangular wrap.

Hot or Cold

I like these cold- they remind me of the Lunchable Pizzas! However if those aren't your jam you can use a George Foreman grill to cook these, or used an air fryer to make them into a hot pizza!
