Browning the Turkey
To start things off I added my ground turkey into a greased skillet and cooked it until the turkey had cooked through

Adding the Veggies
I then sliced up all my peppers, onion, and mushrooms and added them into the skillet of ground turkey. I then covered the skillet and let the veggies soften, stirring them occasionally. Once they were close to being soft, I removed the lid and let the veggies cook until most of the liquid from the pan had evaporated. I also added in the seasoning and made sure everything was evenly coated

Getting Cheesy
I stirred the cream cheese into the ground turkey and veggies until it was melted and everyting was evenly coated in the cheese. I then added 6 slices of the ultra thin provolone to the top of the skillet and covered it for a few minutes until the cheese had melted.
Serve it up Nice and hot and enjoy!
