Dumping Away
Dump meals are as easy as things get. I got my casserole dish out and then started dumping. I added the frozen cauliflower rice to the bottom of the dish and then added the shredded chicken on top. I seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper and then dumped the pesto over top the chicken
Topping it Off
I then dumped on my shredded mozzarella and then tossed my dish into the over for an hour to get heated though. I then spooned the dump meal into 4 bowls, served it hot, and enjoyed!
