Mini Loaf Banana Bread

Banana Bread is one of my favorite treats so a skinny version with WAY less points is a game changer for me! This banana bread is so Yummy and one of my favorite recipes right now! It is even Gluten and Dairy Free!

Making the Batter

To make to batter for this delicious 2 point treat, I started with mashing 2 bananas really well with a fork. It does not have to be a super ripe one, but the more ripe the sweetener your bread will be. If you use a not so ripe banana I would add a touch of sweetener be it honey or artificial to keep points at 2 and you don't want to use a green nanner! It's easier if you do one banana at a time.

I then added in an egg and mixed until the banana and egg were combined. After that I added in the cinnamon, vanilla, and baking powder and stirred until it was mixed well. Next I mixed in the oats


Baking The Bread

To bake the bread, I sprayed the mini tin with non-stick spray and then dumped the entire batter into the pan.













I then cooked it for 25 minutes at 350 for a gooey delicious banana bread!
