Mango Sorbet

Frozen mangos, a touch of almond milk, and a blender are all you need for this amazing healthy treat!

Adding the Mango

To get things started, I measured out 4 cups of frozen mangos and placed them in a blender

I then added in the lemon juice and 8 oz of milk. I chose unsweetened vanilla almond milk, but your favorite milk will do!


I then blended on high until everything was smooth. Occasionally I would use a rubber spatula to push the mango pieces down. I blended for a total of 5 minutes to get a completely smooth Sorbet. Mangos are pretty sweet on their own, but if you would like an extra sweet treat, add in your desired sweetener here - use a sugar substitute to keep sorbet at Zero Points



Scoop the sorbet into a bowl and enjoy cold! This makes about 4 servings and the left overs can be stored in the freezer for future enjoying!
