Layering the Slow Cooker
I lined my slow cooker with an insert for easier clean up. I then added in the half of first bag of frozen cauliflower florets. I then added in 1/4th of the seasonings, bacon bits, cheddar cheese, onion, jalapenos, and cream cheese and kept layering until everything was used up. I then covered the slow cooker and cooked on high for 3 hours until the cauliflower was soft and everything had melted together. When it was done I spooned it out and then topped each dish with green onions and enjoyed!
