Italian Stromboli

Black forest ham, turkey pepperoni, pepperocinis, cheese, and Italian seasoning all baked in the two ingredient dough for a Delicious, Melty Hot Stromboli. Can be made gluten free by using gluten free flour and 1 tsp baking powder in your dough

WW My Way Smart Points: 11 Green,10 Blue, 10 Purple

Making the Dough

I mixed equal parts fat free Greek yogurt and self rising flour and formed dough. I then rolled the dough out into an oval on a pastry sheet. I used the sheet so that rolling the entire thing is easier at the end.

Adding the Fixings

I then layered on the black forest ham, turkey pepperoni, peperocinis peppers, onion and mozzarella

Rolling the Stromboli

I then carefully rolled the dough into a log using the pastry sheet. I carefully started the roll and slowly pulled the sheet back to form a log. I washed the top with an egg wash and added Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. I also took a metal spatula and chopped the extra dough on the ends that didn't have any filling in it.

Baking the Stromboli

I baked the Stromboli in the oven at 450 for 18 minutes.

I then cut the Stromboli into 3 pieces and Served! Add some Zero Point marinara sauce for dipping and enjoy!
