Assembling the Cups
To start things off, I sprayed a muffin tin with non stick spray and pushed a single slice of deli ham into a cup. I then added a pinch of reduced fat colby jack cheese to the bottom of each cup. Carefully, I cracked an Egg on top of the cheese and seasoned the cup with salt, pepper, onion flakes, and parsley.

Making Things Hot
I placed the muffin tin in the oven and let them bake at 375 for 12 minutes. Once the white was solid I removed the ham and egg cups from the oven, removed them from the tin, and enjoyed!
If you prefer your eggs to be more firm, cook the eggs for 15-17 minutes for a fully cooked egg! Serve them hot and enjoy a tasty and healthy breakfast with minimal effort!
