Everything you love about egg rolls, but made without the wrapper or the deep frying! This recipe uses ground pork and I could only find 85% -15%. If you can find leaner ground pork that would reduce the point value. I love the way the pork tastes in the recipe and would not be as satisfied with the flavor if ground turkey was used instead to save on points.

Deconstructing the Roll
This meal is made in one skillet which makes it super easy! I placed to pork, red onion, green onion, Sweet Chili Sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic all in the skillet and turned the heat to medium high.
I then cooked the mix together until the pork was cooked through hand no pink remained. This took 10-15 minutes. When the pork mix was cooked, I added in the coleslaw mix, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar and continued to cook the mix about 10 more minutes. This will allow the cabbage to cook but will still have the crunch I like
Making the Sauce
The sauce that goes with is super easy to whip together. I added 2 Tbsp of the sweet chili sauce to about 1/8th cup of plain nonfat Greek yogurt and stirred until it was combined
Bringing it Together
Once cooked, divide the deconstructed egg roll into 4 portions and top with 1/4th of the sauce
