Prepping the Chicken
I placed my chicken breasts in my baking pan and sprinkled them with salt and pepper. I then mixed together my coconut aminos, maple syrup, white wine vinegar, and garlic in a small bowl. I then brushed the chicken with the sauce. I flipped the chickens over and did the same thing again. I then poured my cranberries evenly over the chicken
Adding the Rosemary and Baking
I then washed my rosemary and placed a spring on each side of the pan.
I baked the chicken for 40 minutes. I then served it up with some roasted asparagus for a light and wonderful meal
