Raw shrimp coated in egg and unsweetened coconut shreds and cooked in the air fryer for a crispy tropical dinner!
WW My Way Smart Points: 8 Green, 7 Blue, 7 Purple

Getting Prepped
To start things off, I got 2 bowls lined up. One with my raw shrimps, one with a scrambled egg, and the 3rd with the coconut shreds.

Dunking the Shrimp
I then dunked the shrimp one by one in the egg and then coated them in the coconut flakes and placed them in the air fryer. I sprayed both sides of the shrimp and then let them cook in the air fryer at 390 for 4 minutes.

Serving the Up
When they were nice and crispy and the shrimp was cooked through, I took them out of the fryer and served them with a mango salsa (I used one that was 0 Points per serving)
