Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Avocado blended smooth and mixed with cocoa powder for a healthy nutrient packed snack! Each serving is a bit higher in points due to the avocado being a high WW point food. The extra points are worth the creamy chocolate pudding that results and all the extra nutrients from the avocado!

Blending It Smooth

To make this super creamy, tasty, healthy pudding, I start by scooping out the avocado into the blender


I then add in cocoa powder, sugar free maple syrup, water/almond milk, vanilla. You may need to add less/more cocoa powder and syrup depending on the size of your avocado.

I then turn the blender on, and blend the ingredients until the pudding mix is smooth and no chunks remain. Depending on the size of your avocado you may need additional water/almond milk to make it blend smoothly.


Each Batch produces 2 servings of pudding, and I love to top it with Cherries, Raspberries, Strawberries, Slivered Almonds - Whatever fruit/nuts I have on hand!
