WW My Way Smart Points: 4 Green, 2 Blue, 2 Purple

Making the Batter
I made the batter by blending everything together in the blender - a food processor would work as well! I Drained my can of chickpeas and saved the liquid to make my chickpea meringues. I then dumped the chickpeas, eggs, sugar free maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla, and baking soda into the blender.

Spooning the Batter
When the batter was smooth, I poured it into a greased muffin pan and topped each brownie with a few chocolate chips

Baking the Brownies
I baked the brownies for 15 minutes at 350 degrees and them pulled them out of the oven to cool.
Enjoy this low point brownie as a guilt free dessert or a a way to sneak veggies into your kids diet!
