Chicken and Green Bean Casserole

French style Green Beans mixed with shredded chicken, creamy soups, and topped with crispy fried onions!

Mixing the Base

To start things off, I took my shredded chicken and added it to a medium mixing bowl. I then opened and drained my 4 cans of green beans and added them to the chicken. I added in a can of 98% fat free cream of chicken and a can of cream of mushroom soup and mixed it all together with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder.








Turning it into Casserole

I transferred the chicken, green bean, and soup mix into a casserole dish and topped casserole with 1 1/2 cups of crispy fried onions. I then put the casserole in the oven at 350 degrees and cooked it for 30 minutes until the casserole was bubbling and the onions were nice and browned. I served this casserole up for dinner and had the left overs for lunches! It reheats really well with just a few minutes in the microwave!
