Andouille Sausage cooked in Cajun seasoning with veggies and cauliflower rice for a quick and easy dinner you can throw together in less than 30 minutes!

Cooking the Veggies
In a large skillet, I added in the bell pepper and onion and seasoned them with the minced garlic. Once they were soft, I added in the sliced sausage and cooked it for about 10 minutes until the edges were turning brown.
I then added in the bag of cauliflower rice and dumped on the Cajun seasoning. I then covered the dish and let it cook for 5 more minutes until the cauliflower rice was softened and the flavors combined
Serve it up and Enjoy!
