Preparing the Mix
I buy the smoked salmon from the grocery store that is already cooked and seasoned in Cajun spices. If you're store only has plain smoked salmon, season each filet with 1/2 tsp of your favorite Cajun seasoning.
I broke up the salmon into small pieces and placed them in a bowl.
Next, I added in the mayo, eggs, salt, and bread crumbs (gluten free if needed) and mixed until a moldable consistency was reached

Cooking Them Up
I formed little patties with the salmon mix and prepared the skillet

I placed the yogurt butter (if dairy free use olive oil) in the skillet and melted it. I then placed the cakes in the pan and cooked them for 3 minutes on each side.
Serve these Cajun Salmon Cakes hot with the creamy dill sauce and Enjoy!!
