Chop the Onions and Chicken
The first thing you will want to do is chop up the red onion into slivers and set them aside in a dish. I then shredded my rotisserie chicken and set the meat aside.
Assembling the Zah!
I pulled out my tortilla sprayed the sheet pan with nonstick spray I then spread the BBQ sauce over the top side. I then added in my desired amount of onion and shredded chicken. ~~ If you are gluten free make sure to use a tortilla that meets your needs~~
I topped the pizza with the Mozzarella cheese and baked them on a baking sheet until the cheese was melty and everything was heated though. When done enjoy your own personal Pizza!!

These are very quick to make if you have the onion and chicken prepped before hand. I like to have those ready on day one, and then I make these a few days in a row. They are much better to eat straight from the oven the to reheat a left over. If you have a toaster oven it would be even quicker and would wouldn't have to heat the oven up everyday
