Bang Bang Shrimp

This spicy shrimp dish gets its bang bang from sriracha and sweet chili sauce. It is very quick the throw together and full of flavor.

Peeling the Shrimp

I am not a fan of shrimp legs and shells, so I buy the already cooked shrimp. Once they were thawed, I started by taking off all the tails, and then placing the shrimp in a non-stick skillet

Making the Skinny Bang Bang Sauce

In a Small bowl i mixed the greek yogurt with the sriracha and sweet chili sauce. If you are not a fan of spicy, I would start with half the amount of sriracha and taste it before adding the second half.

Bringing it All Together

I heated the shrimp and some green onion in the pan until they were heated through, about 10 minutes. While that was going, I got my riced cauliflower ready using the frozen pre-riced bags in the microwave.

Once the Shrimp was hot, I added the sauce to the shrimp and cooked for 2 more minutes just so everything was evenly coated and heated.

Serving It Up

Once everything was hot, I Spooned the bang bang shrimp over a bed of cauliflower riced and served!

This recipe makes 4 servings 2 WW Freestyle points each! It reheats well and keeps good in the fridge for about 3 days
