Ripe peaches covered in oats and brown sugar and baked to gooey sweet perfection.
WW My Way Smart Points: 5 Green, 5 Blue, 3 Purple

Cutting the Peach
I sliced my peach in half with a natural split in the peach. I then pulled the pit out and made sure no pieces of it remained.
Making the Topping
To make the tasty topping, I mixed some old fashion oats with some brown sugar and yogurt butter and mixed it until ti was combined.

Topping and Baking the Peaches
I split the topping between the two peach halves and pressed it onto the top of each side. I then baked the peaches at 375 for 40 minutes to get them nice and soft and juicy! Let them sit out for a few minutes when they come out of the oven so you don't burn your mouth!
Serve Hot and Enjoy! If you have low calorie ice cream around that would make a wonderful addition!
