Getting Set Up
These strawberries are super easy to make, very quick, and extremely tasty! To get things started I set up a little station. I had my carton of washed strawberries, the container of yogurt, and my bowl of chopped almonds.
Dunking the Strawberries
To make these, I dried the strawberry off with a paper towel. I then dunked the strawberry into the yogurt about 90% of the way in.
Rolling the Almonds On
I then rolled the yogurt covered strawberry in the bowl of chopped almonds. I didn't have any problems getting the almonds to stick, If you are having that problem, try chopping your almonds a little bit smaller- they might be to big and heavy for the yogurt to hold.
Storing and Serving
These can be served right away, or place them on a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper on the bottom. Place the strawberries on the sheet and then cover the sheet with plastic wrap. They will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days!
